Besides, the location was awesome and unique for our stay, within 5 minutes' walk of Financial District. And the area was great, adjacent to Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty, many subway stations, and restaurants, Ground Zero, Pier 11 Ferries, and subway.

Perfect boutique hotel with reasonable value, we had a really nice stay. The morning meal was gorgeous and excellent. Fantastic service, even though a few employees were rather noisy.
Wi-Fi was very poor; a bit overpriced breakfast, a little disappointed.
